Password changing for work from home users

1. Open the FortiClient VPN application.

2. Connect the SSL or Ipsec VPN using the below credentials.

      Username : experionvpn

      Password : global@123

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

    

3. Once the VPN is connected, press Ctrl+Alt+Del then choose the option Change password.

4. Once the password is changed , Please disconneted VPN and connect with your username and new password.

If any error occurs during password change, please connect the mobile hotspot in your laptop then repeat                  from the step  2.

5. Then press Windows key+ L to Lock the system , Please try to login the system with your username and new               password. Now the changed password will be updated in your system.
